Send more than 1,000 in a month and nothing stops: the extra is metered at $2 per 1,000 and billed with your next invoice. The allowance resets on the 1st.
A message to five addresses is five sends — that's how the mail provider counts, so it's how your allowance counts too. Your dashboard shows both numbers.
Email Out used to include a free 100-email plan with hosting. If you're on it, you keep it for as long as you host a VPS or app with us.
